I believe in cultivating strong bodies, spacious minds, and open hearts.

For over 15 years, I’ve guided others through practices that build strength, balance the nervous system, and open the doorway to healing and creativity.

My journey began with yoga at sixteen as a personal practice, which expanded into Pilates and aerial arts, and deepened through energy practices like Breath work, Reiki and Thai yoga therapy.

I love to work with mindful humans and anyone longing to feel more present, strong, and alive through embodied movement.
